1.Who we are
Nolii is an app published by Fanaka Global Technologies LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico (USA), registered under number 0008082455, with its registered office at 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #8651, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87113, USA.

2.Accepting these terms
By creating an account, you accept these terms and the community charter. If you don't agree, don't use Nolii.
3.Who can use Nolii
Nolii is for people aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, no account is created and we point you to a trusted adult or a helpline.
If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, it is deleted.
4.Your account
- You sign up with Google or with an email address and a password.
- Your nickname and color are drawn at random. You can draw as many as you like during sign-up, but once chosen, your nickname is final.
- Your country and gender are chosen at sign-up and cannot be changed afterwards.
- You are responsible for your password. If you think someone is using your account, write to us.
5.What Nolii is, and what it isn't
Nolii is a space to express your emotions anonymously, where the community supports each other.
Nolii is not a medical service, therapy or an emergency service. If you are in danger, call your country's emergency numbers: the Help screen in the app shows them.
6.Community rules
You agree to follow the community charter: kindness, no real names, no hate, no personal information, no politics or blasphemy.
7.What you post
- You keep ownership of what you write.
- You allow us, free of charge and worldwide, to display your posts and replies in Nolii for as long as they are online.
- A public post can be shared by other members, only within Nolii.
- Your journal is private: it is never shown to anyone and cannot be shared.
- You can delete a post at any time.
8.Moderation
Every text is checked automatically when you send it, partly by artificial intelligence. A text containing a name, a phone number, an address or hurtful words is not posted. A team of moderators reviews reports.
If you break the rules, we may refuse content, send you a warning, suspend your account for 7 days or delete it permanently. We always tell you why.
To prevent spam, the number of actions per person is limited (for example 10 posts per hour). Normal use never reaches these limits.
9.Report and block
You can report a post, a reply or a profile, and block someone. Reporting someone because they are in danger is never a fault: our team is alerted to help them.
10.Price
Nolii is free. Paid options may be offered later. They will be clearly presented before any payment, and these terms will be updated.
11.Availability and liability
We do our best to keep Nolii running without interruption, but we can't guarantee it. Each member is responsible for what they post. Within the limits set by law, we cannot be held liable for content posted by members or for service interruptions.
12.Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings, “Delete my account and my data”. The “Delete my account” page explains what is erased and when.
13.Changes
If these terms change, we let you know in the app before the new ones apply.
14.Governing law
These terms are governed by Ivorian law. In case of disagreement, we first look for an amicable solution; failing that, the courts of Abidjan have jurisdiction. If you live in the European Union, you keep the protections your country's law gives you.
